A partial switch (also known as Payment Transfer Service) allows you to select which regular bank payments (standing orders, Direct Debit and payees) you'd like to transfer to your Allica account. Your old account will remain open.

Switching payments to your Allica account is easy. Once you've given us details of your old account, we'll contact your bank for details of your standing orders, Direct Debits and payees. Once we have them, you can log in to your Allica account and choose which payments you'd like to switch.
When requesting a partial switch of payments, there are two stages:
We'll need your old account details (sort code and account number), the last five digits of your debit card number (if you have one), and details of account signatories (full name and date of birth). When you’re ready to switch:
Once we’ve received details of your regular payments from your old bank, we'll ask you to select those you’d like to transfer. Your regular payments will typically be transferred within three working days, however Direct Debit transfers could take up to ten working days. To switch regular payments to your Allica account:

Savings accounts cannot be switched.
If you opt for partial switching, your old account will stay open.
With partial switching, you cannot choose your switch date.
