We’ve found a real hunger for our reimagined take on relationship-based banking. We’re proud to have a 4.5 star rating on Trustpilot, received extensive coverage in the press – including from The Times, the FT and Martin Lewis’s MoneySavingExpert – and have won multiple industry awards.

Allica Bank currently offers personal and business savings accounts, and a range of lending products. We have also recently launched our Business Rewards Account – a current account designed especially for established businesses, with no monthly fees and great cashback.

Based out of our Milton Keynes, Manchester and London offices, and with relationship managers working directly with businesses up and down the country, we do hope we get to meet you in person soon!

What happens to my current loan?

For now, your payments will continue as before. When you’re due to be moved over to Allica, we’ll be in touch with the next steps.

Will my loan be affected or change?

No. Your loan will remain the same, except who you make the payments to. When the time comes to make the change, we’ll let you know. And we’ll make sure it’s as quick and easy as possible.

Will my terms change?

Your repayment schedule and terms and conditions will remain the same for your existing loans that are transferring.

Do I need to do anything?

There is nothing you need to do just now. We’ll contact you with all the information you need soon. But if you want to speak to anyone at AIB now, you can do so on 0345 6461505 (available between 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday).

Should I cancel my payment(s) with AIB?

Please don’t cancel your current payment method with AIB, this will automatically get cancelled once the transfer has taken place.  No payment will be taken from Allica Bank until the transfer has happened and your payment is due.

Will my loan transfer to Allica?

AIB has agreed to sell a portfolio of commercial loans to Allica Bank.  If you are an AIB (GB) customer with a business loan, AIB will be writing to you shortly to confirm if your loan is included in that portfolio and the timing for when the loan will transfer.  We are working very closely with AIB to make this transfer as seamless as possible for you.
